Managing Director

Josh is our Managing Director and owner, as well as our site surveyor and business development manager. Josh quotes all signage projects, from shop fit outs to windows and fascias, delivering the best signage quality in the region while working to your budget. With strong relationships across many local business owners, Josh also guides clients through graphic design expectations as AI continues to reshape the industry.

Managing Director

Responsible for recruiting the team and establishing the processes they work to and has established a system for tracking, quoting and billing all projects. Lana provides back-up support in reception and looks after business processes, including Health & Safety, quality assurance, equipment and software & liaising with suppliers on logistics. Customers love working with Lana because she's easy to deal with, straight to the point and always on top of things.

Sign Writer

Matt brings over 20 years of sign writing experience to the team, with expertise in precision vehicle painting. He organises projects and installations from start to finish and heads out on site to conduct survey inspections for quoting. Wrapping work is completed in our workshop or onsite at the customer's location, including larger marine vessels, billboards and corporate offices.

Sign Writer

Phil brings two decades of experience to the team, mainly installing signs on buildings and billboards and wrapping boats and vehicles. Safety is our priority, whether we’re working from an elevated work platform reaching 20 metres or more, or in a shed wrapping a marine vessel while it's still being built, Phil holds the right tickets and experience and carries out inductions on both land and water.

Graphic Designer

Brad is our in-house graphic designer with a passion for design and creativity. He works with clients across all formats using our in-house software, and loves working personally with customers to bring their vision to life. Holding a Bachelor of Digital Media & Design, Brad combines formal training with hands-on experience, and manages the social presence for All Signs Cairns, keeping our brand fresh and engaging online.

Administrator

Sharyn is the friendly face who greets customers as they walk into All Signs Cairns. She assists with all initial enquiries and directs you to the right team member for design or quoting on new projects. Sharyn also oversees customer accounts, is efficient in Xero, and brings years of experience running a busy reception, making sure every customer feels welcome, looked after and confident their project is on track.

Chief Stress Reliever

Alfie is our handsome, friendly Jack Russell and a proud member of the Sinnott family. He works part time, joining us two to three days a week, and is very welcoming to customers on his rostered-on days in the office. He's a champion stress reliever and always up for a hug.
